I'd watch particularly close for the juvie FH's. In my experience, cichlids go for their own first, and viciously. The tetras will likely be ignored / get out of the way. The loaches may take a beating - they spend a lot of time wandering without much regard to what's going on above.
Best bet would be letting the convict / parrot go solo, but worst case, expect to move the loaches first.
As far as the eggs go, I'd let the pair have at it 3-4x before moving eggs. With a convict in the mix, expect parenting to be impressive after the first or second failure. If you do move them, move them with tank water, and do water changes with the parent's tank water until the wrigglers decide to start eating.
