1mm is very very small, I wouldn't feed it unless to fry. White size NLS are you feeding? If you are gonna get other food I would recommend Hikari Gold mini pellets, its what I always fed but am now switching to NLS.

I'm feeding 2mm but it's just too big for the one parrot, it's perfect for everybody else, I'll try hikari,

Do you think I'll be able to get his shape back?

If he starts eating good I would think he would although I have one that has a similar shape and he eats fine. I would think that the 2mm would be fine size. when you soak hikari they are are easy for smaller fish to eat whole or take bites out of.

When you first got the one that's similar to mine did it look like mine used to and form into that shorter back longer body shape?
