Did u get him? (BTW snagging wouldn't work. It only works when schooling fish are in a ball and also kills them.)

throw alot of bread and brine shrimp in the water so he comes up to the surface then use a cast net
I didnt see it again than somebody found it dead and posted it on the homeowners association board asking what it was
