Blood shot eyes! Helps OSCARS

Last night his eyes where norm color now they are Blood shot... really bad... Any ideas? i did a water change sat morning did all the right steps.... Their is not light on the tank... thanks. Oh and no marking of a fight.

panting? - im thinking blood and oxygen here help me out!
was temp change during w/c drastic? u dechlorinate properly?
how big was the w/c?

Yes his eating and so are all the other fish
His not panting... The tank is well Oxygenated and water flow is good
The water i added was around 70-74.... the tank holds a temp of 75 and they do just fine ( i dont have money to heat the hole tank right now)
It was somewhere above half... did about 60ish drops worth of Dechlorinate stuff.

Non of the other fish are showing any problem... not even the other oscar.
