Blood with stool

how is your nitrate level at 0ppm. the only way you could attain that is to have a tank full of fresh RO water and not have any fish in it. generally tap water comes out with 10 ppm and if you stay on top of your water changes you can keep it in the low teens but 0ppm is unrealistic. are you sure your tests are right?

I rarely test my tanks now but the 125 was as yellow (Nitrate) as 0ppm will show on my API Freshwater test kit. My 75 showed 5.0ppm which surprised me. I was a freak on testing when I was cycling my tanks but I don't do it as much now. I do big wc every weekend and never miss.

I haven't seen the aro dump lately but it's growing big and thick and looks very healthy so I guess all is well.

Normally. If the blood is literally looking like blood then it's blood and there's a big problem , but when aros eat red krills w/o all the external parts(heads, tails, legs, shells) then they would normally release red poops, if fed with live foods, they release black poops, if pellets, they release brown poops. I also experienced the same thing but after my experiences with the poops of my aro that's the time that I learned that the poops color depends on what the fish eats.
