Figured I'd give a quick update. He's looking a lot better, eyes are still a bit orange but body is back to normal coloring. Been doing 50% water changes every 3 days opposed to the normal once a week, plus adding salt and it seems to have done the trick. Thinking I'm just going to keep up this wc schedule from now on just to be safe.
