I think your usual regimen is perfectly fine. You really don't need to medicate unless he's got an infection from the injury.

How's he looking now? Any better?

Yepp hes healing up pretty good, he always does but like i said this is deeper then ive seen before, i can even still see the roots of his teeth through a thin layer of flesh. The edges are starting to heal and no sign of infection yet!
