Blue and Green Jardinis

the jardini in the 2nd picture looks like its kept in a sort of dark enviroment

in ones in chinatown mott street are smaller, and much much nicer fins.

in mott street aquarium don't sell red arowanas, all three aquariums there sell blue jardini. Red arowana can be found in paradise, only 1 left.
 
Red arowana as in Asian? Or just a jardini with more red spots? Please tell me size and price on the red I'll have to stop by if it's really an Asian, however Asians are illegal, so I hope you know how to tell the difference.
