Well I don't know about quick growth, but I feed them flakes, small sinking pellets, fd and frozen blood worms...

yours grew up pretty quick i am just not sure what to do, they eat a little, but their stomachs never really look plump

well ive found that the key to filling them up is feeding 3 or 4 tiimes a day, they might only eat one 2mm pellet at each feeding but over the day they get a large amount of food
