Depend on the quality of the HBRTG and which Xback the RTG got crossedbreed to.

Xback x RTG = HBRTG.

Not always. An arowana's color base is like a person's eyes. Some have blue eyes, some have brown or green eyes. It works the same way.

RTGs, whether High Back or not, can have a blue, purple or sometimes even green base to them. It all depends on the genetics. This also applies to mostly every other species of asian arowana.
