My breeding pair. This is her 2nd batch of eggs. 1st batch hatched and I got a boat load of fries..that was about 3 weeks ago and they're about 1/4".
She laid the 2nd batch in the photo about 5 days ago..and as of tuesday night, she moved the eggs into the hollow piece of driftwood in the tank.
So I don't know if they have hatched. Probably in a few days I should see free swimmers.
Tank is a 30g BR.

No eggs/fry for me yet. They have been paired up for close to a wek now and she is getting super fat. Should be soon.
Speaking of their color, I have black gravel in my tank which really seems to bring out their color. They were in a bare bottom tank at the LFS and were real pale.

js77, your fish look like HRP's. It's hard to tell the differences but there are slight ones in body shape and overall color. It can be very hard to tell the differnces when young. They become more obvious as they mature.

I'll post a pic in several days. I am treating them right now because one has frayed fins. Their water is dyed green from the medications. They show up on the camera as entirely gray with black stripes.
