If you wanted to, you could try and add a few small veggie-eating plecos to his tank to see if he enjoys their company. I wouldn't try and thing big, like a gibby or common, since they might try to compete with Bluey's food. A good choice could be brittle nose plecos. They stay small and will eat the same food as bluey does. Another plus side is they're cheap, so if everything doesn't go as planned, they can be rehomed. I hope this helps.
