blue gene jacks huge spawn

thanks, im not sure when they will color up. this is the first time. so ive had my head stuck into research the last week, making sure i do as much as i can right. it is really neat to see the parenting of these two. mom stays busy for sure,dad is kinda lazy. i guess fish and people are not that much different.lol any advice past this point will be much appreciated.

this is the first spawn i have gotten from these two, they are both blue gene. from what i was told by the seller, they will produce 30-40% blues.
ok im estimating there are around 300-400 fry. they have been free swimming for 3 days now. how many can i expect to survive roughly?
i am lol my jds never spawnedI can tell EB's from BG/JD's at around 7-9 days free swimming. If your lighting is decent, you will know.
As teqvet said, you can expect up to 25% EBJD from a BGxBG spawn. The remaining will be 50% BG and 25% JD.
As for how many will survive, that really depends on the parents, other fish in the tank and you. Are you hatching baby brine shrimp to feed them?
