blue gill help

Take a little bit of time and do a search on this forum...there is tons of info about keeping bluegill on this site. They may not like the higher temps and hard water that africans prefer though.

There are a lot of variables to consider. Generic questions are hard to answer. Provide some specifics such as size of the tank, size of the fish, water parameters, etc.

In my opinion, it may work, but I doubt it. Africans typically need warmer harder water than a Bluegill. Also, the BG is going to get much bigger than most Mbuna, though it may work with Haps and Peacocks. Give me details of your current setup

Bluegills are quite hardy but idk if they can live with african cichlids depending on what kind of african cichlids. The bluegill might get beat up but thats the only thing i might be worried about
