Ummm...Gross. I've never tried it but I don't imagine myself eating gouramis. Tilapia, milkfish, scats, groupers on the other hand...

Gouramis are a common food source in some parts of the world. It's no different than eating crayfish, IMO.

Could be a good source of food for fish. Heck, it's gotta be better the feeder gold fish in nutrition.
