I was wondering if it's ok to keep a L128 (Blue phantom pleco) in a tank with a 20"x 10" footprint, and that's 12" high. The fish itself gets to 7" length max so I'm not seeing a problem here but i figured I would get an opinion before hand. His tank mates would be a clown pleco and an albino bushy nose pleco, and yes I have purchased a nice soft piece of African driftwood for them, especially the clown plec.

thoughts?

If this would be the permanent home for the 3 of them, I'd say no IMO. That's a huge bioload for a smaller tank to handle. Plecos are messy, that's not a whole lot of tank space for the three of them.

i think that would be rather tight for the blue phantom. Also keep in mind they like lots of current.

That's a 10 gallon tank, correct? That's really small for almost any pleco. A 7" pleco would be ridiculously cramped in there, not to mention 3 of them. You will need a bigger tank. And I'm not one to regularly come on here and say that.

Ok then ill not do that. Is it ok for the other 2 though? Clown plecs only get to 3" and bristle nose 4.5" according to the internet.

I installed a repti clear f350+ aqua clear 20 in the tank. Would this be sufficient?
