I just found a pleasant surprise. I just had (within the last day) a german ram mating. I have never actually bred them before but they made a little cup in the flourite sand there are a bunch of little eggs and two irate parents kicking everyone's *$% that comes near. On the flip side I have an otocinclus and an albino cory that are probably going to be killed before this is over. I am not going to remove the eggs nor try to hard to keep them alive as I understand they have small mouths and won't feed on brine shrimp. I don't have quick access to vinegar eels and from what I understand they hatch FAST. They probably won't make it anyway as there are a couple cories and mulitple small plecos and a fairly large discus. I may put them in a tank in the future and try my hand at it. It's still exciting though. Here's a few terrible pics. However if someone who has been in this unexpected position before with similar situations as I have and you know a trick or two to save some babies..... I'm all ears.
