I was thinking of trying to keep 8 enneacanthus glorious (Blue spot sunfish) in a 75 gallon tank would that be too much sunfish. Hoping to run a marineland 550 canister filter with this set up and plenty of java moss.
No from what I have just read a 75 gallon would be perfect if its densely vegetated and has a sand bottom.....they do not like flake foods, but instead like to eat ,copepods, cladocerans, chironomids, amphipods, shrimp and snails. Ive also read live food (Nanfa website, the book American Aquarium fishes) is a must for grown Bluespots from the wild.gulperfan220;4127446;4127446 said:I was thinking of trying to keep 8 enneacanthus glorious (Blue spot sunfish) in a 75 gallon tank would that be too much sunfish.
