They are pretty basic. Room temp, no UV lighting needed, feed them crickets that have been dusted with calcium (without vitamin A). They can and will overeat so watch how much you feed them. Awesome skinks though.
As a side note, five lined skinks are also commonly referred to as blue tails down here- it's not much of a mistake, just another common name.
