I cant remember who it was, but I believe that there a couple members on www.thetegu.com breeding blues as well. One of them is Dragondave I think, but I am pretty sure there was another as well. Its worth looking into at the very least.

No, Bobby doesn't sell them. He uses them in his breeding of the "All American" hybrid, but that's it. That's a gorgeous animal, though!
