Blue Texas and Jaguar Cichlid

I know now I have a Male Texas and Female Jaguar. I had no clue they could breed- they are both still young- around 3 inches. I also have a pike belly crawler and Firemouth in the tank. I don’t know what to do!!!! I saw them pairing up a few days ago and now I have little wigglers. I do NOT want them breeding again so should I separate them? So sad! Also when should I take the fry out? Mama fish won’t let any fish cross over to her half of the tank- not even the male. It’s a **** show!!! Help

Yes separate them because they will breed again. What plans do you have for the fry if they survive?

Thank You- bummed about this because I like them both. I don’t know what to do with the fry yet…. I would like to keep a couple but unfortunately I don’t have the space for that. The hybrids look pretty cool from what I’ve seen online.

Unfortunately the lfs will not want the hybrid fry.
