oh i love these guys...when i started into fishkeeping i was gonna get one but instead got fish(my neighbor convinced me)
Check out Switzer Reptiles for some really fat Irian Jaya's at a good price, blue tongues are the most easily handled and laid back lizards...

) but he is a total delight. They are super friendly, and he loves to climb up my shirt. They also make an interesting "sigh" noise alot that is really them sniffing around. All around a sweet animal, alot like a big monitor in a little package.

Mine doesnt have a white face, it's brownish yellow. I've personally handled maybe 15 different ones, and I've only had a few with an attitude. It's all how you raise them. I used to tell customers that they'd never find a smarter rep, and I still believe that. I'm sure I cant support that with any science, but in my experience they are much "smarter" than most reps.
Greatest pet lizard ever lol. Mine lives on bugs and low-fat cat food, and has since he was little....
