Bluegill or Hybrid?

Definitely bluegillXgreen and a very nice one at that. That anal fin coloration is very nice.

the fish is question is a bluegill x green sunfish, MN rebel do you gat any more pics of yours it almost looks like a red ear more then a hybrid

Normal bluegill do not have white edges on its fins. And its mouth look bigger than normal bluegill but smaller than green. Plus if this bluegill were pure, then its supposed to have black ear, not small ear with red dot on it.
i dont see a red dot on its ear, and like i said, mine is darker than that one. i know bluegill dont have white fins, dont preach to me, but at first glance it looked like one, and thats all i gave it, a glance

There are no redear sunfish in Minnesota, and the lake have greens, pumpkinseed and bluegills only. Mines are pumpkinseed x green, not green x bluegill, but it look similar to Gator's hybrid.
