i hace an oscar in my current tank and i just got a hold of a bluegill which is about 4-5 inches and my oscar is about 3-4 will there be any conflict between them two or will they be good its about a 30gal tank that i have for now

You will eventually have problems between baby oscar and mature bluegill in small tank.

About a 30 gallon? So like a 29 gallon tank? That tank is too small for either fish even by itself.

You should trade both fish for something that doesn't grow as large. And btw, you should always do your research BEFORE you buy ANY pet.

A 30 gallon/29 gallon tank is WAY too small for either of those fish by itself. The Oscar will need a 75G tank minimum all to itself once it is full grown - they grow over a foot long and are very messy fish. They also grow very quickly if properly cared for, an inch a month or more for around the first year. Even at the current size, I believe you will very soon have bad aggression problems in that small of a tank. So hopefully you already have a bigger tank ready for both fish - otherwise, I agree with Balton, please do your research before buying a living creature.

Bluegill will eventually kill your baby oscar because this sunfish is already mature. Bluegill can reach more than 8 inch long so 30gal tank is too small for a single bluegill too.

well im in the process of setting up my 180g and then i have to cycle it so do yall think that it will be safe to keep them together in a 29g for about a week or two?

I would say yes. keep them occupied with feedrs to be safe

If it just a week, don't subject them to possible disease by adding feeders....instead just add a divider and all the fish will come out of it unharmed

yeah, they'll be fine once they are in the 180.
a friend of mine has kept various oscars with wild caught sunfish for years.
that bluegill might bully the oscar for a while until he puts on some size.
that oscar will put on size quick though and have plenty of room in that 180

get that 180g cycled quick though.
with both of them in that 30g there is a good chance the bluegill will eat your oscar.
