Bluespotted Sunfish Biotope?

Thanks for the link Noto. Out of my list all are native except the dwarf clover, that is an introduced species. There are also lots of different pondweed species. I think it is sago pondweed, but not sure. But the good thing is almost all the of species are native, except maybe a few and they are more easy to tell. Like the ruffled pondweed I know is non native. Also I need to look at my anacharis a little closer and see if it is the exotic one or the native. I also have 2 kinds. One is your regular looking and this other one is sort of a ruffled look. I remember I bought it at a fish store and they had a fancy name for it like fern leaf anacharis or something.

Here is a great link on Anacharis http://www.huimeiyoga.com/photo/Elodea . Of the 2 I have I think both are NOT real anacharis. One of them has 4 whorls and the other has many whorls. What is confusing is other pics I look at of Elodea canadensis they show pics of or like the other 2. But I guess those people are not aware they don't have the real deal.

Still in the process of making this a true biotope. Just trying to get my hands on native anacharis and some vals. The plants will be dwarf sag, hornwort, pondweed, anacharis, and vallisneria americana. After that I will get some pics up and maybe a video. I may say the hell with the anacharis, it is getting hard to find. I messaged a few people on aquabid and asked questions about theirs and while they say that it is the true anacharis I don't trust them. I may get some green cabomba instead. other than that the fish are getting a little bigger and not really shy anymore. They even sometimes come up to the glass or the top when they see me.
