peruvian and surinam BCC I have always noticed to be a lil on the edgey side.... columbians only when hungary or first week after a meal...

Btw beautifull boas....

Nice commons! You do have seperate enclosures right?

As for handling, well I dont handle my big female as much as I used to. Probably about three times a week now, and the handling part is mostly just taking her out and putting her back in her enclosure because I normally put her down and let her get some excersise. I NEVER handle when she is in shed or for usually about three days after a meal.

I have NEVER fed my girl anything but F/T and I have NEVER put her in a seperate enclosure for feeding and I have never had a problem in almost 14 years with aggression. I always figured it was more stressfull to handle right after a feeding anyways. Wouldnt want to cause a regurge.

For the most part BCI's tend to have great temperments but I have had quite a few "nicks" from Suri's, Guyana's and even Mexican BCI's.

Enjoy your pets!!

Thank you for comments.
One is from an albino x DH sunglow parents and the other one is from salmon x albino parents. These two are het albinos. I like the fact that theyre from different parents.

They're in separate enclosures, right?

Boas are known to be cannibalistic. If you house them together, don't be surprised that one day, you find only one snake in the cage.

they are together. But right now, one is missing. I don't know where it is. I think it's still in my room somewhere.

So are you cool with the possibility that one could eat the other one?

If that happen, both of them will probably die. All the cannibal incidents I heard about usually result the other one dying within 2 or 3 hours.
