At the last show I went to I picked up a bunch of new cages from boamaster. When I got them, they were disassembled and boxed up in the strangest, most difficult to open boxes. I struggled with putting them all together but with a little help it was short (albeit frustrating to someone with little experience putting things together) work. After that, I added a bead of silicone along the bottom edges and half way up the corners to prevent any excess moisture from seeping into the cracks. I also added some lights for heat and viewing the animals inside and locks in case I ever want to add a venomous snake into these cages (I plan on this for the cobras when they are full grown). 4 of the 5 are complete and have animals in them I am just finishing up the bottom cage for the canebrake.

I am very happy with the way they turned out but they were a bit of a pain to get together. Bottom line, I would recommend these to anyone, they were a great price. Just get someone to help you put them together. Here are some pics of the final set up.

very nice. how much do they cost and is there a website?

EDIT: found the site

Very nice cages!!! Aren't you afraid of having exposed light bulbs inside of the enclosure with snakes? I have heard horror stories of snakes coiling around the bulb/fixture and getting severe burns. I used Radiant Heat Panels in my cages because of hearing other people's misfortunes.

Looks nice! What are the dimensions you got?

I'd probably build my own out of plywood and glass/acrylic, but that's cuz I like to DIY most of my stuff.

I have had similar set ups for a few years now and never had a problem with it.

It i 4'x2'x18" tall and I have 5 of them. They interlock when you stack them which makes it nice and stable.

from top to bottom it is currently:
red tail boa
water monitor
savanna monitor
pine snake
canebrake rattlesnake

I am going to eventually move the pine snake and canebrake out of there and move my cobras into them but they still have some growing to do before I put them in these cages.
