No, that is what God told people ages ago before we knew about cleanliness. They wouldn't be thriving like they are if they had parasites and worms.

Even farm bred piggies have worms etc. All you really need to bring the meat too temp to kill everything though.

most people wont eat them because of how strong they smell and taste . i have bin on hunts with dogs and the hogs where caught and corn fed for 2-3 months to take the gameyness out all pork no mater where it is from can carrie parisites. thats why it needs to be cooked well.
