Under power means the engine is running, for the record, they could have avoided the collision, it is called reverse. Fact is they were a good 30 feet clear of the boat until they eased up. Total stupidity.

So for the lubbers, under power=engine running, you could see propwash.

That speedboat was clearly under power and moving forward........whoever was driving that speedboat was an idiot, or untrained.

thats what i was referring to. not the under power part.

:iagree:

boat mobile

From this view, it does look like the 'boatmobile' did intentionally cross paths with the bigger boat. That's like trying to stop a bus with a bicycle! Clearly, the boat's welfare was not their priority.

And I guess we'll have to agree to disagree on the value of life. I see humans as equal to animals, and you see humans as more valuable. The rest of our debate springs from these two platforms and neither of us are going to budge. For the record, I don't want anyone to die. Ever. But with death being dealt so freely in those waters, and my views about the equal value of all (except spiders') life, you can see how the scales might justly tip toward the killers once in awhile. Not by me, or anyone. I just want the death to stop. If a small flame is extinguished, the whole forest fire can be prevented. Again, nobody here is suggesting it would be okay to intentionally injure or kill anyone. That's just crazy talk.

I thank you for your service to our country and for doing what you believe is right to protect our freedom.

I don't understand why the japanese boats are still floating. There are enough eccentric boat owners. And I'm sure plenty of them care about whales. Why don't they go sink 'em? If I was a millionaire, I'd arm a boat and do it right the f now. Weapons are commonly available that could easily decimate several boats per trip. You've got fire, launched missiles, even hull bombs that could be attached by RC. But I was born poor, so my impact on the world will always be minimal. Oh well. This is one of those situations where it's really easy to say some people should die. There aren't many. Child rape is one. Beating up old people would be another. This is right up there.

Your really joking right

are yous blind or something the whaler turned and ran over them engine going or not they wouldnt of exepected them to acctuly go over them.

and reverse your the biggest tool on mfk hurry up and get banned already

Yall must have better eyes the I do and spend more time on the water then I do, I see NO point of reference to tell which boat is turning. Two things are for sure 1) the sea sissy's boat was running with a significant amount of prop wash and 2) little boat can EASILY out maneuver the big boat if it wanted too.

The "Whaler Whiners" dock in Australia, why don't you run down to the dock and hug their neck. You seem to quite the fan.
