uhm yes the japanese hit them... but look online for the videos... you can clearly see that the sea sheaperds boat can move and was not disabled and you can see them move forward more infront of the whaler and the whale should have manuvered away from them but instead went at them..... both are idiots... both are at fault.

Actually the whalers are violoating laws not by "research whaling" but buy whaling in protected waters. No not all waters are protected obviously but some are and they do whale in some of them (so do other counturies), that is illegal, research or not. SS is not any better either imo.

“Because the whalers got away basically scot-free with the outrageous sinking of the Ady Gil, they now apparently think they can do whatever they want and they appear to have no qualms about endangering Sea Shepherd crew
