Regular water changes make a world of a difference. Also, my Dovii grew fast when I feed him market shrimp too. I just thawed, peeled and cut it. Nothing like loads of protein.

If you can get then to eat the shell, that adds much more vitamins

Blue's are a result of lighting, primarily, so the massivore didn't effect that Reds, sure it will though.
