Boken jaw? need help

Whats the dissolved O2 in the tank like? maybe its trying to increase to water passing over it's gills??

he can move he can open his mouth but cannot close it completely. and i dont know what dissolved 02 is im sorry

I've had similar happen to some of my taganyikan cichlids and most of the time it was due to over extending the jaw. All I had to do was catch it out and massage the mouth back into place.
