I plan on getting a pair,
would they be a little cramped
in a tank with a foot-print of
48x16 ?

there looking good. how many did u buy? are they very aggro atm? are u actually going to stick with these fish now:P

I think the RD/Midas will do ok in that size of tank for breeding, but make sure you have a seperator handy.

I'll try them in this size tank and if it don't work out I'll sort it then.

yeah she is happy BUT AT THE SAME TIME so am I :confused:
she said im cool to get a few (2) rio 240s, thats a JD tank and
a RD tank.

yeah seeing as I will have the tank space to keep them they
may-as-well stay.

wow some one is lucky:P u shud make one of those rio 240 a rio 300 for the RD pair that would be better but i suspect they would be ok in a 240.

ure lucky lol. ure happy cuz she's letting u buy more tanks;)

Might end up getting 2 300 but thats not my plan, depends on the £££ at the end of the day.
