Very nice prebuilt design. Have you thought about marketing a kit?

great bild ! that is plenty big for just about any fish you would want.

Great build, very impressive design.
Any info about the method used to seal the plywood and the hold all the panels together?

Ramesh.

Seal: Epoxy resin and fiberglass, 1 layer fiberglass and 4 coats epoxy.

I uset polyurethane glu and 400-500b wood screws to assemble panels.

What was the issue in the bottom joints? Looking good tho! Be carefull with the driftwood not starting to mold when it comes in water :) i have to say that epoxy was a pain in the ass to work with, and my next build would be in liquid rubber. What is your experience on this? I think mine was a hassle since it was so deep, i had problems applying all on one day(couldnt reach).

Problem was when i put panels together i should have sanded and added more epoxy over fiberglass but i ran out of epoxy, so i thought it would be fine :p

I agree epoxy is a pain in the ass! It took me 14 hours to finish panels the another 10 hours to put it together and put more resin in. This was also my first time.

Lessons learned: Next time get someone to help :)

Next build will be a 3000 gallon tank :)
