looks like breeding prep to me....i know its hard to leave them alone lol ...I ust picked up this new parrot im pretty sure is female tonite.. the bonsai tex that i bred is in love with her, keeps trying to lead her into a cave ...we'll see how it goes, I couldnt resist ive wanted one of these "panda parrots" for a long time of white and red, and this one in particular has red around her eyes just patches like a real panda....would be neat to see if they make anything :P ...good luck with yours!

great looking bp bluecan... Love the wrap tail and fins... :-)

Well I moved them yet again last night but I am not moving them anymore. I moved them to their own 55 in order to give my large ZZ and large parrot the 75 gallon.

I do remember my female parrot and my male parrot used to shoo away my oscar like a dither so I added a convict to their tank. They are both guarding the nest and shooing the the convict away.

Despite all the doubt about my male being a male, I'm positive he is.

They spent all of this morning chasing the convict who despite that doesn't have a scratch on her. Butters has a deeper orange color right now and they have been digging a lot near the flowerpot.

awesome! pics/vid?

Her tube dropped a little more and she is a deep orange which I guess is the parrot equivalent of breeding colors. If I catch them laying the eggs I will try and catch a video.

Should I move mom and the eggs to a 20 gallon or just the eggs? I wanna raise them a little in the 20 and then I will move them to the 75 gallon.
