I see, well at least he has a good home. Boomer was a rescue. The guy abused him mentally and physically. When i took him to my vets he said the poor guy only had a few days left. They didn't feed him or give him water. He blew pot and cigerette smoke in his face, would shake the cage to scare him, he lived in filth, he was malnourished. When he got home he drank water so fast he was literally choking on it, he couldn't get enough. It was truly sad. i paid $200 for him plus vet bills not knowing if he would live but he touched my heart and I had to get him out of their. Now after many vet trips he is happy, healthy, never stops eating, his self esteem is back and he's a little rascal getting into everything.
 
Wow that is great.... I had to do what was right for the bird. I didn't want her in a home where she hated my boyfriend. Then my son was a little scared of her cause she had attacked my boyfriend. It all worked out. Does yours talk?

Ya, you did the right thing for the bird, it must have been hard though. Boomer says upside down little clown and what are you doing. Chiquita is the talker, she says a whole bunch of words, it's truly amazing the stuff she says.
