Bored...Need something new

Where do you get these rocks from, I see people's aquarium with big beautiful rocks and wonder were they got them.

I've been getting quite a few off Craigslist using search for rocks, landscape materials, edging, moss and mossy. The last two can net you some awesome rocks with moss, mostly because someone lists it as moss covered flagstone or something fancy. There's a half pallet for $50 on the local CL right now, store price would be $200+ for that. Otherwise you can search your local streams, lakes, and rivers I guess.

Don't understand how you can get bored in this hobby. Been doing it for years and never get "bored". perhaps hobby is just not for you.

You could try your hand at aquascaping if you haven't already. I've always wanted to do a riparium. I don't know what you currently keep but you could always do something interesting like biotopes. My boyfriend really wants to start up a prehistoric tank. That would be really neat. Sometimes you just need to change out your stock. When I first started in this hobby, I had a 55 gallon with platys, sword tails, corys, guppys, and mollys. Then I found this website and became fascinated with all different kinds of fish. Since then, my tanks have gotten bigger and are multiplying before my eyes. lol I have an mbuna tank, a planted Amazon biotope, and a South American catfish tank. I also have an African predator tank and a puffer tank in progress. Still, I'm always looking for more tanks and more ideas. :D
