Bored with FreshWater Fish, Ideas?

Had a really nice Silver, but once he reached 20+ inches he seemed cramped to me in the tank. And he started competing really badly with the Dats. My big Dat absolutly hated him, b/c the arro would punk him from the top of the water. Then the Dat would punk the arro on his underside. It was almost funny to watch, but I knew they stressed each other out.

I'd love to have a PBass, but don't they get way too big for this tank?

A big severum? Jurupari cichlids? Another perch? What kind of perch is it anyways? Try jags? Shouldn't be overly aggro in a 220 and it'll eat anything, usually.

you could keep a couple of mono pbass in a 220..

a big cichlid would be good, perhaps Paratilapia polleni. A lot of personality and will get along with what you have

what about red wolffish? they are active and cool looking
