theres no Nicotine (sp?) but like 3xs the tarr, which is filtered in the water... so its like a cigarette, but cold smoke, and not addictive

I smoke starbuzz sheesha and it has 0 tar and .05% nicotine

yah it has an ice chamber so its alway nice cold smoke. i clean it pretty often so the water usually isnt that bad but if my friends come down from home to kick it, the water gets nasty after a weekend.

this was after one use (3 bowls that night) ... it might have been cause we smoked the mint chocolate and it turned that color.

Liam, if you get into it NEVER use BBQ charcoal. lol. its just not the same and you can get sick (will get sick actually) and can cause all sorts of problems.

what kinda coal do u use? instalites or the bricks?

ive used both and actually like the little instants better.

Liam, if you get into it NEVER use BBQ charcoal. lol. its just not the same and you can get sick (will get sick actually) and can cause all sorts of problems.

haha yah just use some instant lite coals. I use dodo's they are pretty good. Speaking of bbq coals... when the power went out up here a bunch of people lit bbq's with regular old charcoals in them for heat, while they all huddled around it breathing the shat that the coals were emitting they got super sick.
