Both Kelberi showing signs of HITH...Help from C.E needed.

Both of my Kelberi have developed small interconnected holes in their faces which I have diagnosed as early onset hole in the head disease. I can't post pictures of it simply because the only thing I can upload pictures on here from is my iPod and its pictures couldn't capture the damage accurately. They both eat silver sides just like all the other fish. Before I got them they ate massivore exclusively, so I don't think this is a dietary issue. I need to figure out how to make this stop and soon. Any help is appreciated.-Ryan
