Bottom dweller for GT?

I know this is not a fish but how about a crawdad? Makes the tank interesting although sometimes cichlids will try to eat them. Mine does ok though!
 
i got a red tailed zebra loach or a red finned sand loach (same thing) in with 2 jags an oscar and a pike cichlid and he cant be touched hes much to fast...!!! hes been living in there for 2 months now. they still try to get him but he has his cave where he cant be touched and hes way to quick for them.
