Your tank is not overstocked. As long as good filtration and water change regimes are in place you could easily add some bottom species.
First off, you will need to relocate green terror sooner rather than later. Eventually nearly everything in the tank is on the menu. Severum is going to get big too, but less of a threat. A school of cory cats great idea, bichirs will kill you tetras, and so will a pictus for that matter. Clown loaches are a great addition. Dont be scared about the size it takes them forever to grow and when they do you can get top dollar for them if you decide to get rid of them. They like to hide like the raphaels if they can though. Synodontis also will prey on little fish if given the chance.
