can get a bristle nose pleco... do not get much past 6 inches and have cool look to them.. but like some other plecos they do not get lazy and stop cleaning....and they are tough as nails... can fight back.. careful when moving they can sting ya...

You're in Washington state and can't find bristlenose pleco's? I just saw atleast 3 at a pet store in everett, wa., earlier this week. Pet Pourri had 3 tanks with them. One tank had Albino Bristlenose Pleco's even.

Now if you're actually in the DC area i dont' know heh
