catfish. Personally, I haven't kept catfish, but have heard good things for them as cleaners. Would suggest one that doesn't have a huge mouth. Might swallow the polys. Although I think catfish might have a high bioload?

Size and species being the main factor but i would put them on par with polys. Its the amount (food) thats goes in... has to come out lol
