That was the point of this thread! And hes eating alot so there isnt much leftover food, basically down to avg of 40-50% wc every other day!

I shop at the reef all the time.. I got my black rhom from there and actually all my fish there. Great place to go and very knowledgeable staff.

Nearing the 1 1/2" mark, I put a tetra in every 3 or so days and he catches them and bites them clean in half then lets the head suffer and wiggle till I remove it, so much for fin nipping lol. When I goto work I drop a piece of talapia in roughly the size of him and he just attacks it all day ripping chuncks out and when I get home its all gone, can't believe he eats that much and thats on top of nls pellets and 01 fw flakes. They aren't the best but in indy they by far have the widest selection of fish, their merchandise is wayyy overpriced but they have some cool stuff u can't find anywhere else. Those poor arowanas have been there for years and their giants, kinda sad imo oh and don't bother checking out the outdoor pond section, so sad always dead fish in them

The biting the feeders in half part, mine does that now. Even when theyre like the size of its eyes. The only ones it eats whole are the tiny guppy fry
