I didn't mention salt, but yes as Miguel said, add some extra aeration when you are running high temps. Either use a little salt and high temps or some ich meds and high temps (not all three). What you are doing is accelerating the life cycle so the parasites jump off the fish faster (they are really hard to kill when they are attached) and making them move into the other 2 life forms where the salt/temps or med/temps can kill them. I've cleared ich with simply temps but that's not always an option for some fish.
Just note that at lower temps, the life cycle and therefore the time to completely eradicate the parasite is longer.
