I see the blue stain on the bottle so its probably metholene blue. It should do the trick but it may be suffering from more than ick. Give it time. Make sure you got aeration and filtration NO CARBON. Do water change tomorrow.

Ur observation skills is good! But he doesnt have a filter. I just put him to my 1 feet nursing tank. Hes there. Hmm i make a video!

That containers too small and stressful for him. Put him in a real tank with a heater.
