bow and arrow fishing on tv

i've seen a few of these shows a while ago. i've never seen a fish break the line or escape so i guess as long as it gets taken i'm ok with it

Its difficult to shoot a fish....Most projectiles shatter as soon as they hit the water.

It provides gar as a sport fish. Most think of it as junk thus historically it gas gottten 0 protection from the law. If bow fish gets it protection then so be it. U people making a big deal out of it and saying to shoot the people doin it or its for poor rednecks are starting to rub me the wrong way.


And bullets only break when going supersonic. Sub wont break

so im watching fishing on tv and there actually shooting a bow and arrow through fish to catch them . that is awful i feel bad for the fish i catch with a 4/0 hook what th hell

yes they have bow fishing and a lot of ppl do it sadly its sad you actually have to catch a fish with a arrow..if you ask me it seems desperate and it doesnt give the fish a chance but people say its apparently "hard"..
