Since I am forced to spell it out again, bow hunting gar is good for the gar. It makes a sporting fish out of what was considered a junk fish. At one time they has boats that electrocuted the water in an attempt to eradicate gar. To this day thier is almost zero protection for gar. bow hunting makes them a valid sport fish which imposes quotas. In many areas of the US this is still not the case and ignorant people kill all they catch. Bow hunting protects them.
What is so shocking about hunting deer dhawks???
Ps peacock bass are non natives that are stocked to eat other non natives.

I.want to bow hunt some snake heads. Should be hard as heck. See them for only a sec.

i have nothing against deer hunting id love to do it my whole family gos and some day i will i dont mind the idea of bow fishing either as long as it doesent mess up the species id rather bow fishing then netting and electric shock thats retarded i mean if it saves the amount of fish being killed cool but what do they do with the dead fish eat them or let them rot
I just cant understand how a person can feel sorry for a fish being shot with an arrow. What bothers me is a person putting a poor helpless fish in a glass cage and keeping them prisoner for personal enjoyment. The poor fish never have a chance to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness all of Gods creatures should have including cows chickens and pigs that are mercilessly slaughtered every day by the millions in an effort to feed thankless humans who would stoop so low as to only kill one fish at a time with an arrow. The horror.....
