i have a 8 inch bowfin with 3 bigmouth sleeper gobys 7inches and spotted gar 9-10 inches dominant sleeper beats up the bowfin all the time also had to remove the sunfish cause they beat the hell out of the bowfin. i think bowfin aggression is overated they are very aggressive towards each other but doesnt seem to be aggressive toward others the same way. started with 16 babys they killed each other but other fish were fine.
